The new four million loan shortly to be issued by tho Government is to be applied to meeting claims arising out of the Darling harbor resumption. The loan matures in 1935. The Premier states that ho is compelled to accept the opportunity of floating the loan, despite the unfavorable condition of the money market, to meet legitimate obligations outstanding for the year.
