J. Benner, May Skipper v. Archibald Skipper, Spencer G. Badford v. Susannah Baaford, Annie S. Morrison v. Wna. Morrison, Lucy E. Louth v. Joseph Louth. Later.—ln the Divorce Court a decree nisi was granted in the case of Alfred Annesley v. Ella Annesley. The parties formerly lived at Christchurch and Wanganui. Tha grounds of the petition were desertion and misconduct. The hearing of the case Ann Fox and Francis Fox was adjourned until to-morrow. In this case, the parties, who were married at Waimangaroa in 188.), lived for soma years at Cape Foulwind. The wife seeks dissolution of the marriage on the grounds of habitual drunkenness and cruelty of tho husband.
