The proeer '.mgs which Joseph Soles, of Wan gam: . coir cmplated in connection with the singular abduction ease, mentioned a day or two ago. involve a claim for £550 against those who are suspected of having kidnapped his little son. There are eight defendants to the action, including three married couples. One of the parties is the mother of the child. She was divorced some years ago, and i - now re-married and living in the Wairarapa. Soler is stated to have expended somewhere about £OOO in recovering the boy. A Wellington lawyer will conduct his ease, which will bo heard at Wanganui oil the 31st inst.
