By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 2. Many Boors havo turned King’s evidence in connection with the public courtmartial at Pretoria of two oath-breakers. Evidence was forthcoming that they rejoined and conveyed commandos arms and clothing in the night. Several other trials are pending. Commandants Hertzog and Latigan have evacuated Colesburg and Potrusvilio districts, and are now in Oraugo Colony. The Ministers of Mines, Native Affairs, Postmaster-General, Director of Eailways and Education in the Transvaal will bo transferred to new offices at Johannesburg. where Lord Milner’s official residence will bo. The Government Secretary and legal and financial advisers remain at Pretoria. All the families of Boers on commando will henceforth be transferred to refugee camps along tho coast. Tho railways will thus be available for feeding Johannesburg ns before the war. Colonel Spence, in bringing 20 prisoners, 2400 cattle, and 30,000 sheep to Kroonstad, had a sharp fight, wounding nine Boers.
