Brisbane, Aug. 29. The Parliamentary Elections Bill introduced in the Assembly contains some advanced proposals for electoral roforms. It proposes to give a voto to every male and female over twenty-one years of age ; also to give the father of two or more legitimate children one voto extra. It provides for voting by post.
