Painful Accident.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Westport, Saturday,

A man in the Kail way Department employ, named William Lawry, met with a painful accident to-day. While he was working in an excavation to pick up an old drain the sides of the bank, composed of shingle, partly fell in on Lawry, who sustained internal injuries.

Westport, last night. William Lawry, who met with injuries while working on an excavation on railway works yesterday, died in the liopital this morning.
