OIL FUEL TO BE USED. SPEED TO BE 24 KNOTS AN HOUR. Bv Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 28. The syndicate which has been constructing the pier at Berehavon for the accommodation of tlie new fast line of Atlantic steamers, proposes to use oil fuel, and run the vessels at a rate of 24 knots an hour. Dover has been offered as a port of call between Borehaven and Germany.
