TIMES STATES THEY ARE MORE HOPEFUL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, August 23. The Times says that there is a more hopeful feeling in regard to trade prospects. The shrinkage in general business during 1901 waS small. Wool is slightly recovering in price.
