A Good Citizen.
Our Napier special correspondent wired last night: It is understood that Mr G. H. Swan, who for over 40 years was a resident of Napier and 15 times Mayor, is about to leave the district t o take over a brewing business in Hawera. Napier will Ipse and Hawera gain a good citizen.
