THE COURT AND THE FOREIGN SOLDIERS.

London, Aug. 13. Great Britain has notified that sho objects to any Power securing superior iutluenco by helping China to pay the indemnity before 1910 (not 1910). The Chinese Court complains of tho mismanagement of negotiations with tho allies and tho retention of too many foreign soldiers at Pekin, and expresses inability to return to Pekin during tho present year.
