FIFTY PER CENT. RISE IN DOCK DUES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 8. The London and India Bock Companies, unable to wait for the result of tho Royal Commission in regard to projected dues on barges and goods, and needing revenue to construct the dock southwards of the Royal Albert Bock, have decided to raise shilling dues to one and sixpcnco pet ton in January.
