SUPREME COURT.
EYRETON MURDER CASE SET DOWN FOR TO-MORROW. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Christchurch, last night. At the Supreme Court, Charles Chapman was found guilty of breaking and entering, and was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. Alexander McKcllqr was acquitted on a charge of forgery. The Eyreton murder case is set down or trial on Wednesday.
