VIEWS OF COLONISTS DESIRED. By Telegraph—Press London, July 30. The Title Bill has been read a second time in the House of Lords. Lord Rosebery suggested the words of “ All Britain Beyond the Seas ” in the King’s title. Lord Salisbury said that it was desirable to receive the written views of the colonies before tho final decision. The Nationalists decided to strenuously oppose tho Bill.
