RACING APPEALS.
[By Telegraph—Pre33 Association.] Wcllingion, last night. Tne Appeal Committee of the Racing Conference concluded its consideration of the decision in the appeal brought by Derritt against the decision of the Otago Jockey Club, in connection with the running of Vanilla, decided to dismiss the appeal and forfeit the 4110 deposit. Consideration of Holmes’ appeal for the disqualification in connection with the run. ning of Tukapa at Hawerais not finished.
