SHIPPING.
The Waihora, on account of the heavy southerly gale, was compelled to passGishorne on Sunday evening. The steamer arri'.ed at Napier at 8 o’clock yesterday morning. The Omapere arrived from Coastal ports and Auckland yesterday afternoon, amt left for Napier during the evening, taking the passengers who missed tlieir passage by the Vailiora. The steamer Fanny is expected from Napier to-day, and will bring the Auckland mails and passengers over-carried by the Waihora.
