CORPS OF NAVAL VOLUNTEERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 13. In tho House of Lords, Lord Selbourno announced that oighteen hundred had enrolled in tho fleet to serve in a few weeks. The Admiralty is developing a school of naval strategy, and is creating a corps of naval volunteers to servo anywhere in time of war.
