POULTRY SHOW.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. Mr Maude, judge of poultry, from A ictoria. finished judging the poultry at the Wellington Show this evening. The following are the championships :—Game, Alfred Walker. Dorkings, E. Martin. Plymouth Rocks, F. Lunden. Wyandot-tes, silver, H. Rawsou ; champion, A. Walker ; special for cockerel, T. H. Stewart : suecial for golden hen, F. Bradley ; special for white Orpington, Divies and Hemsley. Champion cochins, T. Christensen. ‘Brahmas. R. Bannister. Langslums, J. H. Priestly. Minorcas, Tonar Bros. Leghorns, white, John Currie. Leghorns, brown, J. D. Iremonger. Andalusians, G. Hutchinson. Hamburgs, Silver Spangled, A, R. Alpe. Polish, Silver Spangled. T. Breeze, and winner £lO trophy. Bantams, duckwing, A. Doig ; rosecomb, J. D. Iremonger. In pit-eons the champions were won by Gardiner and Mann, W. Miller, F• Fitzgerald and Fallu, Macquarrie and Smith, C. Crooks. There were competitors in all classes from every part of the colony.
