The 4th clay of July, 1001. WHITTEN Notice is hereby given that the Bank of New Zealand, as Registered Proprietor of the Mortgages herein in recital Numbers 8823 and 882-1, intends after the expiration of Six Months from the date hereof to sell the lands charged under the Powers of Sale contained or implied in the Mortgages aforesaid, by Public Auction to the highest bidder. The said lands will be sold on the 15th day of JANUARY', 1002, at Uicborne, or at such day or so soon thereafter as may be directed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court, in terms of “ The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” and the amendments thereof.
