WHITTEN Notice is hereby given that the Bank of New Zealand, as Registered Proprietor of the Mortgages herein in recital Numbers 8823 and 882-1, intends after the expiration of Six Months from the date hereof to sell the lands charged under the Powers of Sale contained or implied in the Mortgages aforesaid, by Public Auction to the highest bidder.
