(By Telegraph —Press-Association.) Wellington, last night. The Secretary-General of the Post office hn= been advised by tho Deputy Post-master-General at Hobart that he exchanged good wireless telegraphy signals with H.M.b. bt George when she was three miles off the Tasmanian coast, though only crude local appliances were used. During the period of the Boyal visit 16,110 passengers were carried over the Government railway crossings on tho Bimutaka incline, and 23,160 passengers to and from Wellington on suburban lines.
