DECEASED WIFE’S SISTER’S BILL.
London, .June 29. In the House of Commons, Mr Balfour, replying to a Unionist memorial, said that the Deceased Wife’s Sister's Bill was a controversial measure, and he was unable to grant the special facilities asked in connection therewith.
