The Huddart-Parkor Co.'s s.s. Zoalandia (Captain Hipgnive) arrived from the South on Saturday morning, and left for Auckland and Sydney at 10.45. Passengers—lnward : Mesdames liccre, Parker, East and family, and Brown; Misses Purdie, McLachlan, Parker (3) ; Messrs Eordham, Pyke, Matthews, Butt, Tumerick, Mookman, Skolton, Pettigrew, Oliver, Muir, Neale, Pcttie, Parker (2), and DeLautour. Outward: Mrs Hird; Misses Hair and Green; Messrs Ilird, McLean (2), McKenzie, Hagan, Stewart, Maloney, Locklcy, aud Pearce. Tho Tyser Co.'s steamer Star of England is duo from Auckland to-day to load frozen meat from Messrs Nelson Bros.
The s.s. Elingamitc arrives from Sydney and Auckland on Wednesday afternoon, and leaves for Southern ports at 5 p.m. Tho s.s. Ornnpcro arrived at Auckland at 1 p.m. on Saturday, and leaves again at 5 p.m. to-day for East Coast and Gisborne. She is returning all tho East Coast Natives to their homes. Tho s.s. Mourn lays up on arrival at Dunedin for a general overhaul. Her place will be taken in tho East Coast service by the s.s. Te Anau, leaving Dunedin on Sunday, 110th inst., and passing through Gisborno on Thursday, 4th July, one day late. Tho scow Ngaru (Captain Fletcher), which arrived from Groymouth on Friday night, brought 3000 railway sleepers. Tho schooner Gisborne is taking in ballast at the Kaiti wharf prior to sailing for Mercury Bay. Tho schooner Awanui is loading timber at Tuiruu. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS.
