SIGHT-SEEING WOMAN HAS BOTH ARMS BROKEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, hist night. Mrs Harmes, oi Walter street, was precipitated into the well of tho big crauo in tho crush on the wharf last night, while watching the embarkation of tho volunteers. She fell only three feet, but she had both arms broken and her face severely cut.
