[bt telegraph— mess association.] Wellington, last night. A Court of Investiture will probably be held to-morrow by the Duke of Cornwall, when it is understood that the Hon. J. G. Ward and Hon. John McKenzie will bo made K.C.M.G.’s, and Hons. W. C. Walker and Cadman and Col. Gudgeon C.M.G.'s. Mr Cadman will of course bo absent.
