EULOGISED AS A NATIONAL HERO. By Telegraph—Pross Association—Copyri gh t Berlin, Juno 17. A colossal memorial orectcd to tho late Princo Bismarck was unveiled at Berlin in the presenco of tho Emperor and Empress and many thousands of spectators.
The Kaisor eulogised the deceased statesman as a national hero, whose memory would live for over.
Count von Bulow pronounced a glowing panegyric.
