Lord Kitchener lias ordered each householder in the Transvaal to exhibit on his front door a list of tho inmates of his house. Lord Kitchener states ho will hold the householders responsible for tho absence of any inmate unless such absence is satisfactorily explained. Ten men of tho North Staffordshire Regiment woro captured near Urnburg on tho 11th.
