Tin stocks arc: 17,928 tons, on spot 2,922, afloat 2,771, deliveries 2347.

Tallow: The stock is 16,535 casks : in ports 6860, delivered 8586.

Hemp: Tho market is steady. Good Wellington April-June shipments .£24, July-August £23 10s. Wheat cargoes sold : Victorian 29s 9d, South Australian 29s 9d.

At the kauri gum auctions 2600 cases were offered and 1100 were sold at about late rates, three-quarter scraped. Wellington, last night. Following is the Agent-General’s weekly produco report Price of butter to-day (June Ist) is 96s ; cheese, market steady ; price of New Zealand hemp, good, fair Wellington grade, on spot today per ton is £25 10s. Hemp market is very firm in distant deliveries. August and September shipment, £23. Tho mutton market has collapsed, except for light-weights, which are unchanged. Lamb is in better demand. There is no change in prices. JBeef is unaltered.”
