STRINGENT PRECAUTIONS IN SYDNEY, By Telegraph—Pres3 Association—Copyright Sydney, May 13. The Board of Health refused to allow the Ventura to come to the wharf, owing to the plague in San Francisco. The vessel will have to discharge in the stream, and Ee fumigated before she comes alongside. A child named Clifford, daughter of Mrs Clifford, a previous victim of the plague, has been affected with the disease.
