Leave Opotiki. Tuesday, 7 a.m.; arrive Motu, Wednesday. 2 p.m.; icave Motu, Thursday, G a.m. ; leave Balcauroa, Thursday G a.m.; arrive Whakarau, Thursday, 11 a.m.; arrive Poututu, Thursday, 1 p.m. , arrive Gisborne, Friday, 1 p.m. PORT AWANUI AND HICK’S BAY.

An alteration of the mail service from Port Awanui to Hick’s Bay has been made, extending the service from fortnightly to weekly between Te Araroa and Hick’s Bay, and giving a weekly mail right through. There is now a bi-weekly service from Gisborne to Tolago Bay. and a weekly service from Tolago Bay right through to Hick’s Bay. A PostOllice is lobe opened at Kunakanae, even miles f rom Te Karaka.
