Wellington Supreme Court
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. At the Supreme Court to-day, James Hart, alias James Badcliffe, now undergoing a sentence of eighteen months for theft, was charged with stealing a watch, chain, and pendant. The jury were unable to agree, and a new trial lias been ordered. Ngahina Matu was found guilty of breaking, entering, and theft, and was remanded for sentence. A charge of bigamy against James Brennan stands partly heard.
