Alleged Incendiarism.
AN ARREST MADE.

A man named John Sweeney, a jockey, has been arrested at Hastings for alleged incendiarism in connection with the burning of a four-roomed house at Hastings on Monday night. Sweeney was a tenant of the house. lie had been absent for about three weeks, but is said to have been soon in tho vicinity of the house a short time previous to the fire being discovered. Accused will be tried on Wednesday.
