TO BE ACCEPTED BY STATE MINISTERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, May 3. With regard to Mr Seddon’s invitation to the State Ministers to visit New Zealand, the Cabinet has decided that no Departmental Minister could be spared, but that two honorary members, Messrs Crook and McGregor, would go.'
