GERMANS IN SAMOA.

Auckland, last.night. MrKunst.of Samoa, has bought up nil the available land, 11.006 acres, on Upolu, As the result, values have doubled. He intends to bring out German emigrants to work the coffee plantations, which he intends starting. He intends to have two steamers built in Germany for the island trade. German currency succeeds the British in Samoa. The Hauroto took 190,000 marks from Sydney to Apia.
