DISPUTED SETTLEMENT

LAAV ARGUAIENTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. A highly technical argument in connection with the estate of tho Hon. AV. J. AI. Larnaeh was heard in Chambers to-day v Amongst tho property intended to be settled by what is known as “ Camp Settlement ” for the benefit of the children when Air Larnaeh was about to

marry were insurance policies for £2700, but strangely these were not specially mentioned in tho deed, it having been decided that they belonged to the settlement. Mr Douglas Larnaeh through Counsel claimed that though he had reassigned to his father his interest under the settle-

ment, such reassignment did not cover his interest in the policies. Mr Justice AVilliams did not agree with this, and decided that Douglas had lost his share in tho policies as well as the rest of the estate.
