LAND FOR THE PEOPLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Hamilton, last night. Messrs Softer and Co., instructed by Messrs V illiamson Bros., are to subdivide thr Rukuhia Estate of 26,000 acres into suitable farms for close settlement. All classes of land are included in tho estate, whioh is nearly all suitable for dairying. Easy terms will be given. MAYORALTY. Mr R. W. Dyer has been returned as Mayor of Hamilton, unopposed.
