VACCILATION IN VICTORIA

In reference to the New Zealand Post-master-General’s suggestions that Victoria should admit New Zealand penny letters without surcharge, Mr Drake says that it would be wise for tho Federal Ministry to consider a Commonwealth penny postage before settling New Zealand’s application.
