Queensland : Dawson, labor freetrade, Higgs, labor protection,-Drake, Glassey, protection ; Stewart, labor ; Sion Stewart, labor; Ferguson, freetrade. South Australia: Sir J. Symon, Sir R. Baker, Charleston, freetraders ; Playford, Sir J. Downer, McGregor, protectionists. Westralia: Smith, Mathieson, Ewing, Harnee, Pearce, freetraders ; Dclarric, protection. ° Tasmanian returns are complete in the following order: Keating and Cameron, protectionists; Clemens, Magollan, free trade ; O’Keefe, protection ; Dobson, free trader, but supports Mr Barton. For the House, Victoria returns Loanccoorio and Salmon, protectionists. South Australia, Kingston, Bonython, Batchelor, protectionists; Glynn, Holder, Solomon,’ Poynton, freetraders. The returns are I incomplete, but Poynton is the only one doubtful. The Tasmanian returns are complete O’Malley, Fysh, protection; Braddon, Piessc, Cameron, free traders. PARTIES EVENLY BALANCED.
