The Premier has received advice this morning from Capetown to tho effect that the members of the Second and Third Contingents, to tho number of 300, will leave Capetown for Wellington by the Tongariro to-morrow. The following members of tho earlier contingents have decided to remain, and serve with the Sixth in South Africa Harper, G. Watkins, Do Carteris, Hawthorn, Hislop, and Merino.
