SHIPPING.

The schooner Aotca (Captain Skinner), which arrived from Auckland and coastal ports on Wednesday evening, was berthed at the town wharf yesterday morning. Captain Skinner reports that the Aotca sailed from Auckland on Monday, 11th inst, at 10 p.m., and hod a very protracted trip down the const, being several times compelled to run for shelter. Passengers, Messrs A. C. llacre and It. Strong. The schooner Gisborne leaves for Auckland to-day.

The ketch Clematis left for Ngunguru yesterday. The scow Moana from this port goes to AVliangaroa, and will probably get away this evening. Messrs liicliardson and Co.'s s.s. Wcka (Captain Nelson) arrived from Napier yesterday morning with a full load of wool and tallow for the Grace Ilarwar, and immediately on completing discharge returned to Napier. The Bunny (Captain Petersen) arrived from Napier yesterday morning with general cargo and the following lilies of timber: 2110 ft Mackrell and Collev, Gfi.'iGft W. O. Skcct, P!,769ft Clayton Bros. Bor Mr T. Holden she brought 20 rams consigned to Messrs Sheridan and Co. from Messrs Dalgcty mid Co., and a coach for Mr Bedstone. She returned to Napier last evening. The Union Company’s s.s. flawea sailed yesterday for Auckland, after discharging 4f» tons of produce. The Union Company's s.s. Omaperc (Captain -Miliman) arrived from Auckland via Coast ports shortly after 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon. She proceeded South in the evening. Passengers.—Outward : Misses Bruce and Cox ; Mesdamcs ,1. G. White and infant, Ltcnga, Palme; Messrs Moate, Waycock, White. Outward : Messrs Baing and Allen. The I luddart-Parker steamer Zealandia left Wellington last evening, and arrives hero to-morrow morning, sailing for Auckland and Sydney at 10 a.m. The Mount leaves for the South on Sunday at 5 p.m.
