FOKMED WITH CAriTAL OF £25,000. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hawcra, last night. At a representative meeting of delegates of dairy factories of Southern Taranaki, a eompanv called the W est Coast Befvigcrating Company was formed, with a capital of £25,000,' for the purpose of freezing and storing produce at Patca,o.nd elsewhere. Provisional directors were appointed, and promises of suppoi t aro substantial.
