THIRTEEN LIVES LOST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 21. The s.s. Chemnitz, belonging to tho Gcrman-Auslralian Line, collided with the steamer Tay at Flushing. The Tay sank, and thirteen of her crow were drowned.
