A STUDENT KILLS A RUSSIAN MINISTER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright/ St. Petersburg, March 16. A student amongst a group of petitioners who waited upon Count Bogolepoff’ Russian Minister of Education, at St’ Petersburg, shot Bogolepoff, who succumbed yesterday, after suffering a week.
