A STARTLING DEVELOPMENT.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, March 14.
In the Coningham divorce case, the solicitor, Mr Moss, who acted for the petitioner in the last case, produced a written statement sent by the petitioner for revision by the wife as to the evidence he was to get and give at the former trial.
The petitioner and respondent had both denied the existence of the papers.
The petitioner explained the denial by stating that Mr Moss had told him the papers had been torn up. This Mr Moss denied.
Respondent, whon shown the papers, said he had never seen them before, or made the alterations therein.
