The Imperial troops larked this morning, and with the local forces marched through the principal streets to the Exhibition building, where the luncheon was hold. There were big crowds everywhere. Afterwards the troops took part in the imposing ceremony of proclaiming the King at Victoria Park in the presence of a large and brilliant assemblage.
