THE HARBOR BOARD. [by telegraph—press association.] Christchurch, last night. Mr T. Weymouth has been elected Chairman of the Lyttelton Harbor Board. THE INDIAN TROOPS. The Mayor has received a telegram from Colonel Pole Penton that the Indian troops arrive at Christchurch on the evening of the 3rd, and leave on the sth. There will be a march through tho city on the morning of tho 4th, and it is proposed to arrange a polo match between the native officers and the Christchurch Club on the same afternoon.
