14 annual meeting of the Hibernian . 'T- Benefit Society to-day, Australian _ a discussion took place on the mowu the District Board office be removed from Auckland to Wellington. The debate was not concluded. The funeral showed £4486 8s 9d, an increase during the twelve months of £IBB 18s 7d, although funeral claims amounting to £BO were paid. The sick funds of the various branches in New-Zealand district amount to .£8559 16s. The sum in the management fund is £936 3s Bd, and in the benevolent fund £IOO 5s 2d. The total membership is 1081 benefit members, and 66 honorary members.
