NOTICE is hereby given that Eight Sections of Rural Lands, in the Ngatapa District, situated 37 to 43 miles from Gisborne, will bo open for application, either for Cash, Occupation with Right of Purchase, or Lease in Perpetuity, at this Office and the District Land and Survey Office, Gisborne, on WEDNESDAY, the 13th day of March, 1901. The areas vary from 776 acres to 1900 acres, and the capital values from 19s 6d to 21s per acre.
