(Special to Times.) Auckland, last night. There aro fifty-nine teetotallers among the Imperial troops. To-day, under sunny skies, and wafted by a gentle land breeze, both the Imperial and Indian contingents resumed their voyages. The day presented a strong contrast to that which marked the arrival of the former at Invercargill, when the storm-tossed sea and scudding rain clouds must have conveyed a forbidding impression of the Britain of tho South to the men fresh from the heat and sun of Australia. Prior to their departure to-day Colonel Wyndham asked the Premier to convey the warmest thanks for the splendid reception everywhere given to the Imperial men, and to express his gratitude at the way that they have been entertained. The troopship Britannic sailed at noon to-day, the Imperial troops receiving an enthusiastic scnd-oil. "Wanganui, last night. At tho mooting of tho committee tonight in connection with the recent visit of the Imperial Troops, it was reported that thoro was a surplus from the function of X 79 over and above the expenses, 11159. The Committee decided to invite tho Indian Troops to visit the town.
