Madrid, Feb. 15.
The marriage of Donna Princess Asturias to Count Caserta passed off without interruption. General Weyler, Military Governor of Madrid, occupied the city, and the troops took effective measures to prevent d'sturbances.
A strict censorship on messages is being observed.
