A meeting of butter agents and importers, the New South Wales AgentGeneral presiding, resolved to urge tho shipping companies to complete the delivery of butter within six days from commencing to discharge. The meeting formed a committee to carry out the resolutions. The total wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 3,050,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,040,000. A Brussels cargo of Victorian wheat sold for 30s 3d. Bank shares: New South Wales 43, Union 36]-; Loan and Mercantile 4 per cent, prior lien debentures, 925; others, unchanged: Tallow sales : 646 casks were offored and 525 sold. The prices for all kinds are unchanged,
