ACCIDENT AT NAPIER. Per Press Association.—Copyright. ■ Napier, last night. *Thc Government steamer Tutanekai, on leaving the wharf this evening, fouled a buoy, stripping all the blades of one, of the propellers. Later.—Further examination shows that the Tutanekai is not injured. She has gone on to Auckland with the ..Premier and Mr Ward.
